Acceptance

By using ReclaimFBA you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service

ReclaimFBA uses Amazon's official Selling Partner API to scan your FBA reports and identify reimbursements (lost/damaged inventory, unreceived returns, fee errors, etc.). Paid plans can automatically open cases on your behalf.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any reimbursement amount or approval from Amazon.

Authorization

You grant us permission to access your Seller Central data via Amazon SP-API OAuth. You can revoke this anytime in Seller Central at any time.

Payments

Monthly subscription via Stripe

No refunds after any trial ends
Cancel anytime (access ends at billing period end)

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECLAIMFBA IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (OR $100 IF GREATER). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless ReclaimFBA and its operator from any claims arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any reason.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.

Governing Law & Exclusive Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Any dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.
